The ancient wisdom of mindfulness is a beautiful tool for helping us cultivate the being part. I will guide you through different forms of mindfulness meditations and exercises depending on your meditation experience level, as well as what particular areas of your life you wish to target. Please know that beginning meditators are welcome. If you're new to this, no problem! In addition to guided meditation, I will provide you with additional tools that you can incorporate into your daily life to live more mindfully.

If you are looking to connect with like-minded individuals around the topics of meditation, inner peace, spiritual development, and personal growth, I am holding space for you in this group.  The Inner Peace Collective is a group of spiritual seekers (limited to 10) who thrive on connection, meditation exploration and a willingness to open to compassion.
